I am trying to find an apartment (by myself) or a home for rent (with two friends). We can't afford to buy at the moment but we are having trouble with locating decent properties to rent. Either they are way above budget or they don't have any appeal at all. I am looking in the Mercer, Somerset, Burlington counties of New Jersey as well as the lower Bucks County region of PA.
