Where to find what is for sale is the hard part of buying a home.Use several brokers and Realtors so you can see as much of the market as possible. Right now there is not one place to see what all is for sale and there are more and more homes coming on the market each day. There is not just one MLS or a complete list so buyer are left in the dark as to what is relay for sale





This is how they shorted the market and drove up price by creating a false shortage there by bring in even more investors and shorted the market even more. So now we have a bubble the is crashing.

Ahhhh, how about a real estate agent. Re Max, Century 21 are major realtors and should be in your area.Where can I find homes for sale in my area?

Well, you could talk to a Real Estate agent. They might have an idea.
www.mls.com in the US or www.mls.ca in Canada. This is where the majority of listings are. However, only a real estate agent can tell you about any new listings that aren't yet posted. Also, anything really great likely has an offer on it within days of putting it up for sale. In a fast moving market, you really need an agent. We used an agent, who went door to door in the complex we wanted to live in, looking for anyone interested in selling. We were the only buyers making an offer on this place.
