There are quite a bit of listings that seem like a very good deal on the site. Also, there are numerous members that are looking to invest in Investment Properties.

first make sure you have the ability to close the house or complete the transaction. Then I would look locally on Craig's list with the search ';motivated seller'; Pre-foreclosure etc


That should give some properties to look at.





You should look up the assessed value the county has set. I try and buy at or below that number. Then look at zillow and view the very latest comparable info. Like a month back or so. Six months is like a couple years right now.





You can typically get foreclosure info free as soon as it's made public at the courthouse or newspaper.
