The site is free, and you can click on any state and it will direct you to the management company that's selling the properties for that state, where you can search through the listings. Your local paper, or realtytrac.com You have to pay to get the address, but if you do the research on your local GIS you can figure it out without paying.
The county sheriff's office has the list of foreclosed properties and the sale dates.
Contact your real estate agent and ask for ';short sale'; homes or REO properties.
